Fishing Reports

Night fishing (6:30pm-12am) during the month of June is our favorite time of year to catch the Bluefish and Striped Bass. Once the sun sets and it gets dark if conditions are right the baitfish move into our lights, the Blues and Bass make their way right into our chum slick and start tearing up the baits. As per this years new regulations we have been using circle hooks with fluorocarbon leaders and having great success with the hookup ratio. The Bluefish have ranged in size from 5-12lbs. The Striped Bass have mostly been in the slot size 28″-35″ with an occasional monster of 40-45″.
